Media release; Raise your glass. Award-winning winery appoints new global sales manager to help further stamp its mark on the international stage.

Award-winning New Zealand wine company the Mud House Wine Group has today announced the appointment of a new Global Sales Manager to join their successful team.
Selected for the role of Global Sales Manager for the Mud House Wine Group, Jack Glover has extensive experience in wine sales and marketing and joins the Mud House Wine Group from Pernod Richard, where he was employed as National Trading Manager – On Premise – as part of the Senior Management Team.
After commencing studies in winemaking, Glover adjusted his focus to wine marketing, completing the Bachelor of Wine Marketing degree in Adelaide. With previous roles for, St Hallett (Barossa), Tatachilla (McLaren Vale) and a vintage in Napa, Glover returned to New Zealand in 2006 for a wine education role with Pernod Ricard and was quickly promoted into sales management roles.
Though Glover’s most recent role at Pernod Ricard focused on-premise, as part of Pernod’s Senior Management Team Glover also had significant exposure to the Grocery and Traditional Liquor parts of the business.
Passionate about wine, Glover has also been active as a judge at some of New Zealand’s preeminent wine shows. He has relocated to Marlborough with his wife and two young children to take up the new role with the Mud House Wine Group.
Glover says he is hugely excited about his new role with the Mud House Wine Group.
“I feel honoured and thrilled to be part of such a successful, progressive team. As Global Sales Manager I know that I can be a part of continuing this success and striving to further increase the Mud House presence on the international stage,” says Glover.
Mud House Wine Group CEO, MJ Loza, says the company is pleased to welcome someone of Glover’s calibre to the team.
“Mr Glover has an incredible breadth of experience in the wine industry and we believe he will shine in a role such as this. We look forward to him being a part of our company and continuing the global growth of our wine sales,” says Loza.
